I spent seven years in public accounting at firms including BDO and Grant Thornton, working with construction and real estate businesses across a wide range of structures and partnership models. During that time, I saw firsthand how often capital decisions were made without forward-looking financial clarity.
Today, I work alongside developers and asset-based builders to bring structure to capital planning, cash flow forecasting, and long-term positioning. My role isn’t to generate reports, it’s to help you think clearly about risk, timing, and return.
My background includes partnership taxation exposure, complex equity waterfall structures, and grant compliance oversight through my work as Board Treasurer for a national nonprofit. I understand how layered these environments can be, and how important it is to integrate the pieces, not just manage them separately.
I’m direct, thoughtful, and collaborative by nature. I believe strong projects are built on strong financial architecture, and I care about helping builders create something that holds up over time.
