Martha spent seven years at BDO and Grant Thornton, advising businesses across a wide range of structures and partnership models on cash flow, capital structure, and tax strategy.  She left to do that same work without the bureaucracy - directly with the owners who need it most. 

 She founded Enlightened Advisory for the business owner who is excellent at what they do and underwater on everything else. The one who knows their revenue but not their margin. Who dreads tax season and makes big decisions off a bank balance.

 Before public accounting, she trained as an educator - which is why her clients actually understand their financials, not just receive them.
